The final Premier League table has been predicted just hours before kick-off on the last day of the season.
All 20 clubs will be in action on Sunday afternoon before the English top flight draws to a close for another year. Much has already been decided before the final day, with Liverpool confirmed as Premier League champions, while Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Southampton have all been relegated.
The race for Champions League qualification, though, remains wide open going into the final round of fixtures. and have already clinched a spot in next year's tournament, along with Liverpool, but there are still three spots up for grabs.

will also be aiming to finish in the top five when they face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground this afternoon. The Blues are currently in fifth place, level on points with sixth-placed Aston Villa and have a superior goal difference.
Opta Analyst have crunched the numbers and attempted to predict how the final Premier League table will look.
The prediction believes that Chelsea will miss out on qualification to the Champions League by the barest of margins.
It has been predicted that the Blues will finish in sixth place, falling behind Villa in the table, who leapfrog them into fifth.
Chelsea are tipped to amass 67.55 points, which is only marginally less than the 67.82 handed to Villa.
Manchester City (69.92) and Newcastle United (68.26) complete the top five in third and fourth place, respectively, to join Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Villa in qualifying for the Champions League, according to the prediction.
Chelsea have also been given a 56.8% chance of qualifying for the Champions League with the predicted table.
Despite being tipped to finish sixth in the final standings, this is still better than the 43.64 being given to Villa's chances of competing in the tournament next season.
