That bench had taken suo motu cognizance of the matter on July 28 based on a Times of India report titled “In a city hounded by strays, kids pay price.”
According to LiveLaw, the issue was mentioned twice today before Chief Justice of India BR Gavai, once in the morning and again in the evening.
