Banda: In a shocking incident of street violence in Uttar Pradesh's Banda, a young man was brutally assaulted and stabbed in public for merely asking two men to clear the pathway for him. The horrifying incident, which took place on Sunday, July 27, was captured on CCTV, which is now being widely circulated on social media.
The victim, identified as Satish, is currently undergoing treatment at the district hospital, as per a report by Aaj Tak.

Stabbed For Asking to Pass
As per the Aaj Tak report, the incident took place in the Kotwali area when Satish, who was riding his bike, requested two men, identified as Ayaan and Ashad, to step aside so he could park near his shop. Enraged by what should have been a routine exchange, the duo reportedly grabbed him by the collar, started assaulting him and later stabbed him the stomach. The attack, carried out in broad daylight, left Satish severely injured.
Eyewitnesses and family members rushed him to the district hospital, where he is currently under supervision now. The video of the attack shows multiple individuals kicking and beating the victim up while bystanders watched in shock.

Banda Police, responding to The Free Press Journal's report, told us that after the video of the assault went viral and a formal complaint from the family, Banda police registered a case and arrested both Ayaan and Ashad. Officials also confirmed that legal proceedings are underway and the further investigation in currently in progress.
