The Mercedest star told Sky Sports: "I think Lando's a bit upset with me. We had a bit of a crash on the Lego race this morning. I gave him a bit of an injured leg, so I don't know if he's going to come and complain at me for something.
"[The lego race] was undoubtedly my favourite race of the day. That was awesome. We need to do that every race."
Russell held off Max Verstappen to finish third in the Grand Prix. Norris crossed the chequered flag 30 seconds ahead, with Oscar Piastri leading a McLaren one-two. It was the Australian's third consecutive race win, and his victory means he now has one more in his career than his team-mate, with six.
"Really happy to come away with P3 because I've been struggling this weekend, personally and always on the back foot," Russell added on his race. "But when it mattered, I got a really good result.
"But well done to the McLarens, they were just down the road. It wasn't an easy challenge [with Verstappen behind]. I was really calm and felt good within the car to keep him behind me. It was good."
The chaos came further down the grid. Ferrari duo Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc fought for seventh place, with the latter eventually winning that battle. Hamilton was furious with his team late on in the race and was initially given the place, before Leclerc was handed it back.
When Hamilton was awarded the place after some hesitation in the Ferrari garage, he joked: "Yeah, have a tea break while you're at it! Come on..."
Leclerc was subsequently given seventh by Ferrari. Hamilton was immediately warned that Carlos Sainz was close behind, and sarcastically responded: "Do you want me to let him past as well?"
Russell's podium was his fourth of an impressive season. Piastri still leads the World Drivers' Championship.
