M25 traffic LIVE: Severe 2 hour delays on major UK motorway after van overturns

The M25 in Essex is currently closed anti-clockwise following a serious crash. A van overturned between J28 (for the A12, near Brentwood) and J27 (for the M11).

The incident is believed to have happened just after 9am and has caused severe delays of around two hours, according to National Highways.

Congestion is stretching back to the Dartford Crossing and has caused the entrance to the motorway at J28 to be closed.
