Meghan Markle reportedly had a heated moment with Prince William after he confronted her about a comment she made about the Princess of Wales. At the time, Kate was freshly postpartum following the birth of their third child in April 2018.
Tensions rose heavily around the time of Prince Louis' birth, which occurred just weeks before Meghan and Harry's wedding in Windsor. In his bombshell memoir Spare, Prince Harry wrote that Meghan had had a falling out with Princess Kate after telling the future Queen that she had "baby brain". This comment then led Kate to reportedly react, with her telling Meghan, "We are not close enough for you to talk about my hormones". Angered for his wife, William, 43, is then said to have confronted his sister-in-law.
According to author Robert Jobson's book 'Catherine, The Princess of Wales: The Biography', which was, prior to its official release, serialised in the Mail on Sunday.
Meghan was reportedly left in tears over the fight, although Kate later sent flowers to apologise and Meghan appeared to accept this gesture.
After Harry and Meghan's honeymoon, William and Kate reportedly met with the newlyweds and Kate wanted an apology from Meghan over "baby brain" comment.
William had accused Meghan of being "rude" for talking about Kate's hormones after the birth of their second son.

Their confrontation escalated, leading Meghan to hit back at William with this seven-word statement: "Take your finger out of my face."
Although it has been reported that Kate and Meghan had never been close, things came to a head during a row about Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress for Harry and Meghan's wedding.
Meghan and Harry now reside in California with their two children, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4.
