A London street is reportedly on lockdown after a reported stabbing. Emergency services have responded to the incident on Abbey Street, Bermondsey, after unconfirmed reports on Monday (July 28).
The road has been closed in both directions, with a police cordon in place and traffic being diverted. There are reports of multiple emergency services vehicles at the scene, including police cars and ambulances from London Ambulance Service.
London's Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service have been approached for details.
An X-user tweeting from the account MRodwell posted on the platform: "You might want to avoid #abbeystreet #bermondsey a serious incident has taken place. The road is presently closed."
